The App may be distributed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). These platforms have their own privacy policies, terms of service, and data collection practices that are independent of and not governed by this Privacy Policy. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since the App does not collect any personal data whatsoever, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions regarding children's data, and other applicable children's privacy laws.

We take the security of your data seriously. Since the App does not transmit any data to external servers, there is no risk of data breaches from our servers. All game data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms (device passcode, biometric authentication, encryption).
However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect any locally stored data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security against unauthorized access to your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

The App does not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or any other tracking technologies. The App does not track your activity within the App for any purposes beyond providing core game functionality locally on your device.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deebits Software Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the App; (b) your violation of this Privacy Policy; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rights of any third party; or (d) any content or data you provide through or in connection with the App.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the App must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Privacy Policy. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Privacy Policy, together with any applicable Terms of Service or End-User License Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Deebits Software Engineering (Pvt) Ltd with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Privacy Policy with an updated "Last Updated" date.
